M-LAS is the trademark of Main Elecom's Aluminums foil. M-LAS 1000 is developed for the use of replacing Nickel plated fabric using EMI Gasket that wraps Polyurethane foam with conductive metalized fabric. M-LAS 1000's first layer is foamed with very thin aluminum foil and its electrical resistance is very low comparing to existing metalized fabric. And the second and the third layers arefoamed with very thin PET and paper so that working process efficiency is improved to be similar to existing metalized fabric. Also it has high edge-tear resistance and tensile strength by the second layer, and no phenomenon of burr during die cutting, but normal fabric is not. In spite of thatone of the best features of M-LAS is reasonable price.
